With over 30 years of sales & marketing experience, 25+ years of marriage together, and countless years of leadership allows us to bring an impactful experience to those who look for inspiration and a challenge. Speaking on  topics of marriage, sales methods,  fashion, integrity, faith, youth culture and more allows us to cater to a wide audience.

TEAM BARRETT is comprised of the husband and wife team Martin & Nell Barrett (childhood neighbors) with backgrounds in the music industry, sales & marketing, education, technology, marriage enrichment, leadership, and youth development. With diverse backgrounds enables MLB Speaks to speak on various topics.
